Rad-tel’s integrated product range is one of the key areas with which we reduce on-site installation and engineering time. With such a large Water and Sewerage customer base we are able to design integrated packages specific to the industry. In many cases these units are able to be installed by local electrical contractors while Rad-tel engineers load the software template remotely, thus removing the need for costly engineering visits.

Large Integrated Pump Station Controller
The latest Rad-tel integrated product is the complete free-standing integrated switchboard for sewerage pumping stations.
The 8000 Series Switchboard RTU includes all RTU and PLC components, a colour touch screen, auto/off/manual switches, run and fault lights, reset buttons, circuit breakers, main switch, GPO’s and starters housed in a brushed stainless steel or powder coated stainless steel free standing enclosure.
Allowance has been made for a polyphase meter from the local supply authority.
The Unit can be supplied with Soft Starters, Direct On Line starters or VSD’s as required. Connection to the starters is usually RS485 Modbus which eliminates the need for relays and reduces the complexity of the board.
Allowance has been made for Motor Protection relays such as the MiniCAS units to suit the site.
A Terminal Strip at the base of the board allows for fast connection for the Transducer, Floats, Motor cables, external flow meter (if required), well washer (if required) and any other external devices required at the site. The standard Pump Station Program is based on a transducer monitoring the well level with float backup (many variations are available on request).

Small Integrated Pump Station Controller
For Smaller sewerage pump stations the 600 * 600 integrated switchboard is perfect coming complete with PLC and program, RTU, battery backup, power Supply, auto/off/manual switches and contactors.
This integrated unit is also available with SCADA software template eliminating the need for on-site engineering.

Integrated RTU/PLC Product
Integrated RTU/PLC products are available with RTU, PLC and program along with communication devices and labeled terminal strips. These products are provided to significantly reduce on-site installation time and allowing local electrical staff to complete installation works where specialized staff may have been needed previously.
