Rad-tel has been in operation for over twenty years.

Rad-tel systems is an Australian based Engineering Company focusing on Automation and Control in the Water and Sewerage industry. Our Customers include over 100 Shire Councils and Water Authorities between New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. These range in size from small regional towns to cities like the Gold Coast and Mackay City Council.

Rad-tel is committed to providing an integrated solution to our customers by building strategic partnerships across the Water industry coupled with Internal skills that range from Electrical and Automation design through to field Installation and Commissioning. Our extensive knowledge of the Water industry allows us to Commission Automation and Electrical systems with a minimum of on-site engineering time.
Our further strength is our strong reputation for Customer support; In addition to remote access support, our Maintenance and Support strength has been made possible across regional Australia by the use of our fleet of maintenance vehicles including light aircraft and pilots.

Rad-tel continues to allocate significant funds to research and development in many areas of automation and monitoring including developments to increase network security and better manage environmental risks. Our latest integrations include in-built protocol encryption and redundancy of critical sewerage overflow alarms.
